All commercial transactions are entered into directly between the client and the supplier.
3. No Guarantee on Suppliers
LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL may introduce or recommend third-party suppliers.
However, LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL does not guarantee:
The reliability, solvency, or legitimacy of suppliers
Product quality, certifications, or compliance
Delivery timelines or execution of contracts
Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and managing supplier relationships.
4. No Liability for Third-Party Transactions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable for:
Any disputes between clients and suppliers
Product defects or non-compliance
Delivery delays or failures
Financial or commercial losses related to third-party performance
5. Anti-Bypass Clause (Non-Circumvention)
5.1 Non-Circumvention Obligation
The client agrees not to directly or indirectly circumvent LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL by engaging in business with any supplier introduced, identified, or disclosed by LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Direct purchasing from the supplier
Contacting the supplier without involvement of LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL
Using third parties to bypass LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL
5.2 Duration
This obligation shall remain valid for a period of:
👉 24 months from the date of the first introduction or contact with the supplier.
5.3 Penalty
In the event of a breach of this clause, the client agrees to pay:
👉 A contractual penalty equal to 20% of the total value of transactions conducted with the supplier,
or
👉 The equivalent of the commission that would have been payable to LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL,
whichever amount is higher.
5.4 Proof
Any evidence of communication, transaction, or cooperation with a supplier introduced by LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL may be used to establish a breach.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LINK GREEN INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
Liability cap:
